Delivery and Returns

 

How We Deliver

Our watches are couriered directly to your door. You’ll need to supply us with a physical delivery address as our courier will require your signature upon delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Box/postal addresses.

Please note: Our couriers make a total of 3 delivery attempts. If on the 3rd delivery attempt they are still unsuccessful, you will be liable to cover the delivery cost.


Approximate Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on our super-efficient delivery service.


On average, you can expect to receive your purchase within 3 to 5 working days from the day of payment, excluding unforeseen warehouse or courier delays.

Please note with EFT orders, the order is only processed once payment has been received.

 

How Do Returns Work?

Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason you may return the goods to Timberland Watches within seven days of receipt. You will then get a full refund less all direct costs incurred by Timberland Watches associated with the order such as actual delivery costs. If you have purchased a watch but you would like to change it for another model, Timberland Watches will collect the watch from you FREE of charge but you will need to pay for the delivery of the new model. All goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way (a resell-able condition). A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.
